You get a custom training program delivered digitally, along with regular 1-on-1 video check-ins. Between calls, you submit training videos for technique review and can reach me directly via text or voice message. Think of it as having a world-class coach in your pocket — without needing to live in San Diego.
Access to a well-equipped gym or a solid home gym setup — barbell, dumbbells, pull-up bar, and some open space for movement work. You don't need a commercial facility, but you do need more than a set of resistance bands. We'll work with what you have.
Typically 3 to 5 sessions per week depending on your recovery capacity, schedule, and goals. Remember — more is not better. Better is better. The program is designed around the minimum effective dose that produces maximum results.
Absolutely. Working around limitations is the norm for men over 40, not the exception. We assess where you are, identify what's moving well and what isn't, and build your program accordingly. The mobility quadrant often addresses the root of chronic issues that most trainers just work around.
